EKKESOEK Application Policy

2. Registration Requirements

• Cell Phone Number
• ID Number or Passport Number
• Email Address
• A photo of the user holding their ID document and a written paper displaying their Name, Surname, and ID Number.

All users must be verified before being activated in the application. Verification ensures the authenticity and safety of our community.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

• Requesters: Users who register requests for services or products.
• Bidders: Users who make offers or bids against the requests. Bidders cannot see each other's offers.

4. Request and Bid Process

• Requesters can post requests which will be visible to all Bidders.
• Bidders can submit offers against these requests.
• Requesters will see all offers for their requests and choose the one they prefer.
• All communication between the Bidder and the Requester will happen outside the control of the application.

5. Archiving of Requests

Requests that receive no feedback from Bidders within two weeks will no longer be displayed and will be archived.

6. Rating System

• Requesters will be rated by the successful Bidder.
• Bidders will be rated by the Requester.
• Ratings will be available to the Requesters and Bidders on each request.
• Any Bidder or Requester can be removed by the administrator if the rating is problematic or misused by the users.
• Bad or unnecessary ratings can be removed by application administrators.

7. Limitation of Liability

EKKESOEK is not liable for:

• Any work not done or not completed.
• Payment transactions between Requesters and Bidders.
• Any harm or damage that occurs when Requesters and Bidders meet.
• The accuracy or reliability of user-provided information.
• Any disputes arising from interactions or agreements made outside of the application.
• Any data leaks caused by hackers.
• Any application errors which may lead to showing incorrect information.

8. Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be used solely for verification purposes and to facilitate the services offered by EKKESOEK. We implement various security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
